Attendee Instructions

Registration

CSAC 2025 is inviting all additive construction enthusiasts across academia and industry in Canada.

Registration Rules
  • Students are charged a registration fee of 20 CAD. This special offer is valid from April 07 until April 30, 2025.
  • All other attendees are charged a registration fee of 50 CAD.
  • The registration fee covers participation in the conference sessions, coffee breaks, and lunch. CSAC 2025 is an in-person event.
  • Each poster submitted must be associated with one complete registration. Posters without corresponding full registrations will be removed from the program.
Cancellation Policy
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation of registration.
  • If you wish to cancel your registration, please email smartlab@ualberta.ca.
  • Registered tickets are transferable, so you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us by email at smartlab@ualberta.ca if you have transferred your ticket to another person at your earliest convenience.

Poster Submission

CSAC 2025 is calling for graduate student posters on the following research areas.

  • Smart and Sustainable Technologies for Additive Construction
  • Affordable and Rapid Housing Solutions via Additive Construction
  • Sustainability and Circular Economy in Additive Construction
  • Smart Materials and Mix Design Innovations for Additive Construction
  • Role of Robotics and Automation in Sustainable Construction
  • Global Trends and Best Practices in Additive Construction
  • Applications of Concrete 3D Printing in Canada
Instructions for Authors
  • The poster must be prepared using the designated Poster Template.
  • You can orally present your poster in a 1-2 minute session (optional).
  • You are responsible for printing and bringing your poster on the morning of the conference. The conference organizers will not provide printing services.
  • Please print the poster with dimensions of 33 inches in width and 48 inches in length.
  • You must register for the conference.  
  • You will be notified via email of your poster’s acceptance or rejection.
